Hi everyone,

I have been searching for fluid for my ZF box and can't find the right fluid. New Zealand doesn't stock Castrol Transmax Z unfortunately and no one here sells the genuine ZF fluid. But we do have a big range of Australian fluid available.

Any recommendations will be greatly apprenticed! 😁

Well @k31th you made an indirect recommendation with that link....and you're in the market for a job...?

Looks like you're signed as an apprentice 😂

First job is to change old mate's fluid lol

Lots of people on here recommend the Gulf Western Syn-TS. Since using it myself, I've continued to be very happy with it.

It is worth trying GW direct too - they may be able to ship it straight to you. In Oz at least, that turned out to be the cheapest way to do it by a long way.

Nulon's oil isn't too expensive and I've had it in my gearbox for a few years with no issues at all, I have no idea how much power I've got but car is on 22psi and I drive it like it's stolen haha
