I am unsure what brand of parts or what needs to be upgraded do I need to do any forged internals ? I've heard the transmition input shaft needs to be changed, new valve spring 4inch exhaust, better intake system etc. Which brand of parts would be best to make this power ? If possible I would like to do this on 98 as it's easier to get for me. Information would be highly appreciated.

You want to do it cheap? Or spend the cash to get reliable performance? Are you going to use it for street or drag? Which model do you want to start with? (Yes it makes a bit difference) whats your budget? Starting with a figure in mind is a bad step straight off the back. If you want to buy a turbo falcon, how about get the car first, find a reputable workshop who specialises in FXRT6, ask them their opinion on how they think it’s best to get to your goal. As at the end of the day you won’t be able to tune it yourself so you’ll need a workshop anyway and to be fair most people don’t have the skills or the tools to modify the things themselves either. Until then, go have a look at build threads and it will give you an idea of how to achieve your goals. There’s so much info on here, search for it, don’t be lazy and ask a question with no actual information and expect to be handed that answer. #dreamer

If you mean at the engine, that could be a fair bit lower number at the wheels. have a look around the 400+ section of this forum to give you the best idea. I'm a heavy diesel mechanic so I can do all the work myself I just dont know which parts are the best for the task. I only want to take it to drags and power cruise a few times a year itll mostly just be a street car.
