Definitely a BA MkII, so no fat rods and in my opinion it is over priced by about 5K.

From what I understand the fat rods were introduced with the release of the Territory Turbo in mid 2006,

all BF's have heavy duty valve springs and dual independent valve timing.

The photos might not be of the exact car. That happens a lot of carsales. They probably just used photos they had of another car in the same colour.

Way too expensive IMHO. Plenty of later BFs, and early FGs getting around now. Why would you bother with the early ones.

I know cars over in the West are thin on the ground, but a good fly n drive trip to the East will get you something way better.

I had alook this morning actually as I thought same as above but that really isnt the case theirs afew Fgs in WA that are same market price as Melbourne so actually better value then flying over and transporting back check for yourself tell your mate to spend that bit extra for an Fg around 23-24k it will be worth it later on also 4-5 years newer.
