thanks for the feedback guys, I do think I could warm to the auto, but im not sure when the boredom MAY set in, it may not but I wont know until im living with the beast...

what features do the xr50t come with, haven't seen many of them but seen a couple for sale here and there ....

Leather, piano black I am certain of, not sure if reverse camera, premium sound and dual zone are standard but im pretty sure they are.

I was in the same boat as you when I was looking.

G6ET - it has all the creature comforts, no need to add-on or mod. My favourite is the passenger side mirror dip when parallel parking.

Also you may find the G6E is a few hundred dollars less to insure than the xr6t - must be all the grandpa drivers

If your budget is 25k that should get you a nice manual XR50T. Otherwise just buy a G6ET.

Was in the same situation. Bought the manual with g6et interior, very happy with the decision.

I am one of the few who actually like the manual box, lots of fun to drive.
