Ba have 4speed Fg 6 speed Ba crap bottom end Fg rated to 400 + rwkw Ba crap traction control Fg much better Fg has more safety features as it newer car. Better design just overall a better car! Mate save the bucks and wait for fg. I currently have ba, well the list has been long journey and still not as good as fg

Im leaning towards the FG but I do like the FPV'Sif I had the money I would get F6 FG.I am after any info regarding these, what you have, what you recommend anything to help make the choice easier.. They are all different prices too, you'll find the typhoons starting from late teens to mid 20's, and the xr6 t from low teens to low 20's. FG's you'll find from very late teens to late 20's. It really depends on what you want to spend on a car and what sort of things you want to do to the car. If you want to mod, the FG is definitely the winner, people have seen upwards of 280RWKW from just a tune, nothing else. However if you want the FPV name, obviously the typhoon will be the choice. If you're tall like me, there is also less headroom in the BA-BF, especially if there's a sunroof! The FG has a lot more head room and is a more comfortable drive! Try driving all of the cars and see which one grabs you the most! Good luck!

Im 6'0 so not much an issue of height at the moment im in ute and that can get a little crammed at times. One of the reasons the FG sounds good is the updated power/technology wouldnt mind feelin that power behind the wheel and its always a positive when your upgrading from a 152 kw car. The only real way would be a test drive but looking foward to it

But mine has a sunroof so that does make it worse... The FG is much more responsive than the BA or BF due to its smaller turbo which spools much quicker. Take both for a drive and you'll see the difference between the two

cobra181 Member 13 Member For: 11y 29d Posted 06/12/13 09:33 AM Share Posted 06/12/13 09:33 AM Good afternoon ladies and gents.New member here with a question.I've just been down to Midway Ford in Midland WA enquiring about new xr6t's.Firstly I couldn't believe they had none in stock. My real question is about haggling, I will be paying with cash. There seems to be a runout on 2013 plated models with basic manuals going from $39.500 which seems like a good deal. However to get the car I want I'm looking at $2000 for an auto (which is a must because of towing limits) and another $4500 for the lux pack which all I really want out of that is the premium stereo. So all up this adds another $6500 to the base price which to me $46,000 is far too much to be paying in the current market. Is there any chance of haggling down the price of these extras?* And I thought Volvo were the champs when it comes to overcharging for added extras.
