From what I understand the fat rods were introduced with the release of the Territory Turbo in mid 2006, all BF's have heavy duty valve springs and dual independent valve timing. Plenty of later BFs, and early FGs getting around now. Why would you bother with the early ones.I know cars over in the West are thin on the ground, but a good fly n drive trip to the East will get you something way better.
