Like this one - Click here Has anyone here done this mod? Are there any issues with aeration of the cooling system and overheating? Does the system require a higher pressure cap? Does the system lose water and require constant monitoring, due to pressure relief of the cap? Did you install an overflow tank? Cheers

Your moving it to the high temp side so pressure is higher. You will need to run a return style cap with an overflow tank. It will have to have the line from the cap run to a pickup tube in the overflow tank to allow the coolant to be returned to the system once it cools and has lower/negative pressure.

Is it room in the bay & aesthetics or is there some other reason? Asking because I've always thought the header tank on the falcons made life so much easier

Essentially the system will run the same. I also think that most that do this mod will/are running a bigger alloy radiator. Primarily, I am planning on running it for both cosmetic and practical reasons. As coolant comes out of the filler neck barb on my aftermarket header tank anyway. So, I may as well eliminate that issue and delete those pesky coolant lines, that will interfere with the new carbon fiber air box that I'm building...
