It bugged the finance guy so much, he demanded it to be removed so I gave a polite .Who the do these dealers think they are. . It aint our fault they can build them quick enough. The dealer would not lower the price, the dealer even showed me in the contract where it states that Ford have the arthority to change the price at anytime at cost to the customer (being us), even though I signed a specific price the Terms & Conditions are written in a way to get around any leagal loop hole. I was so pissed off with my dealer and rang another dealer to confirm weather this was true......the sales rep said it is true......however he said if I cancel that order then he will give me the same deal WITHOUT the price increse.............I was extatic. I rang my dealer and cancelled the order, they tried to save me by offering a discount but it was no where near as good as the other dealer. Anyway so now im waiting another 6 weeks.............BUT ITS WORTH ITBASICALLY......contact another dealer.....you will get a better deal!!!GOOD LUCK Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/9465-price-rise-1-in-april/page/3/#findComment-98382 Share on other sites

Thanks list . I guess production has caught up with demand and they cannot treat the clients with contempt any more  .If the dealer says you MUST pay, once told of the price difference, you can cancel the contract within 24hrs and I recommend you do . Most dealers will absorb the rise if they realise you will order from one of the many dealers that are prepared to absorb the increase.
