Hey guys who would have thought this would be the first thread I start?!

I've been talking with the missus lately about how we need to get out and explore the countryside a bit more, and have decided to get out once a month or so for a night away.

As most of you know I have young kids and I know other members do too, so I'll organise family friendly plans so the little uns keep happy and also help the wives/gfs/bfs/other halves feel welcome too.

Due to my current schedule, I'm thinking that shorter weekend, day and/or overnight, trips will be good and should allow other members to get out more often too.

So that's about it really. I'm gonna wait till my house upgrades are finished and hopefully should have something worked out in a month or so.

If anyone has any ideas or whatever then leave them below and we'll get it sorted.

Happy days :)

I got a really good idea for a first cruise. Drive to Melbourne on the 7th 😘 for a beer

that’s would be a good idea, I’m sure I could convince a few people to meet up :P

congrats and good luck on the first s.a cruise when you get it sorted

It was a great idea until I checked the dates. I kinda assumed it would be a weekend thing for some reason.

We can get over to Vic in less than a day so it'll be easy enough to meet up one day.

Found it.

I know the hills and countryside. Great drives. Can organize a family friendly one with a bakery and a few play grounds. But also I have a few fast tracks that are fun. Never seen a camera in over 100 runs. No tickets. Hahahaha

Humbug scrub is bitumen now. So drift corners and a half mile run. Great fun.
