So I just got back from another gumtree expedition

Long story short

Mrs BCB hated the colour of the 9.1's

House sitter had an altercation with one

I'm a bit OCD and couldn't live with the damage

Picked up a pair of pristine 8.2's for $75

BTW, Mrs BCB loves the 8.2's

Winning

I got a Hisense 65" 4K for family room a couple months ago after checking out my brother in law's and being blown away...

sweet unit. the internet side of things is crap on all tellies I think, but a good 4K streamer sorts that right out :ok:

no issues so far

Get a fetch box. Once it has powered on from the wall, start times are super quick and netflix etc loads a million times quicker than a telly. You can get the cheap one for about $150 or the 1TB version for $450ish.

Well worth it imo. My tv sucked massive donkey balls for ages trying to use netflix but those frustrations are gone with the fetch boxes.

The fetch mini does everything the fetch mighty does, except record. You can hire and buy movies etc too. Have a sus if you haven't already.

I've got the 4k netflix but a 1080p tv. I just got it so we can have a few people watching on different devices at once.
