Pig on the spit - was hoping for a 4pm meal - came off about 6pm Brisket Home made smoked sausages Jalepeno poppers Chicken wings etc About 40-50 people turned up "Best BBQ ever" was the comment that was often heard. Everyone got to catch up with people who hardly ever get to catch up Lots lots lots of alcohol drunk Lots lots lots of clean up to do on Monday 2 big recycle bins filled - with enough to fill another once they're emptied Skip bin gets emptied tomorrow - will probably be half full as soon as they leave.
