BA turbo help

Hi everyone I need some help with my ba turbo I bought a few months ago. It came with a flasher 1 which I know is outdated and old but apparently had tubes on it so I played around and changed them thought I did anyway I still have no idea how you operate it with no instructions and never using anyway after that the car was over fueling bad and worst of all if I try flat foot it , it cuts out anywhere from 60-100kmph until u take your foot off the pedal and go again but if u drive normally to 100 it's fine... so I did some research and reset my ecu. Which I believe fixed my over fueling doesn't use as much fuel anymore but it's still cuts and it's really getting on my nerves can anyone help with this? Also if anyone knows the operation of an ancient ford flash1 thanks everyone.

take car to tuner, the flash box is useless if its the one without a screen on it. what state are you in so somebody can recommend a tuner?

Thought I would have to go down that road just don't have the $$ atm.. so was trying to work out if anyone knew why it would be doing that. I'm in qld sunshine coast thanks mate
