Hi guys New to the Ford scene

I've had the f6 for a few months now getting 250ks out of the tank before the light pops up.

I thought a tune will it fix it but it hasn't

1000cc injectors

Dump pipe and cat

Sct4

Fuel filter

K&N air filter

Anything else I should look at

Cheers

Without getting it on a dyno or having your own wideband its impossible to troubleshoot. Have you done all the obvious things like change air/fuel filter etc?

As puff had stated, the right foot can have a lot to do with it....

The MAP sensor on the throttle body was causing me issues. Having higher than normal consumption and when I bought the PW throttle body kit, it came with a new sensor.

I had to get the new throttle body kit cause the stock one kept popping off.

Once I installed the new kit, consumption went back to normal.

Oh and it also has a lot to do with that right foot too. :P

I'm getting about 18 litres/100km city cycle on just an edit in my F6 - gives me a range of about 365km currently.  Time for another cruise to stretch the legs and get that average fuel consumption down :drivingalong:

If you only get 250km from a full tank - sounds like something wrong in my opinion.  I guess it depends on your tuner - did you tell them about the high fuel consumption at the time of getting the edit to see if they could do something about it?
