Bugger all rain, plenty of sunshine and plenty of boost and great roads Just arrived a little while ago at Omeo Now to relax for a bit and wind down for the last night.

Always forget how farrked I feel by the time we reach Omeo. Saw skippy by the side the road on the way out of Khancoban and luckily he decided to stay on his side of the road.

Too bad they cooked mine medium when I asked for medium rare. Oh well. Had to chew the buggery out of it. Had a good fun evening of reviewing footage to find some memorable moments over the last couple of days... Should make this a tradition

Falls Creek section was new to me, so was good to take another route. At a random tourist spot a few k's from Falls Creek early this morning after seeing a bit of snow up here amongst the fog. Nothing like the other day, but still strange to see and a bit dirtier. Then a little later after a walk to the tourist spot, we parked next to the dam at Falls Creek. Then moments later at the top Falls Creek carpark. The run down from Falls Creek was quite a nice bit of road, too. A fairly traffic filled drive was OK, even, as the power of these vehicles is the delight of being able to easily overtake in short patches of road. My cheap tyres (purchased to pass the RWC as I couldn't organise the quality tyres I wanted before this trip) were hopeless by this stage of the trip, which made my life harder with understeer and oversteer all over the place, but the challenge of controlling this was thoroughly rewarding. Then down to Bright for a top up of fuel and a final feed at the brewery. Then we said our goodbyes and left YLD to head off back to the ACT a bit before Myrtleford and I accidentally left Gary way behind me before getting to the Hume Highway due to my impatience to do 100km/h with chumps everywhere holding me up and heaps of long straight sections for easy overtaking of many cars at once. Then took a google maps route (had about 2km of dirt road amongst some serious country back roads) that I've never taken before to get back to the missus' house in Ballarat at about 1730hrs. This car was a brilliant performer, considering the circumstances of the purchase. Thanks to EvilDaifu for organising the cruise, thanks to YLD and El Andrew for coming along and thanks to my girl for being such a great sport with my desire to drive like I do When is the next one?
