Tools needed Step 1 Purchase the correct parts 1x drive belt. (I prefer dayco for longevity/I'll also recommend Gates) Step 2 Remove 2x 10mm bolts holding the twin factory fans in front of radiator located just below the radiator support brackets. Step 3 Carefully disconnect the plug that is use to power the fans and move it to the side. to remove the fans u need to 1 side at a time. Step 4 Draw a diagram or take a photo of the belt configuration on each pulley. Step 5 Use a 3/8 breaker bar or ratchet and rotate the tension pulley, to the passenger side of the vehicle, and remove the belt then use a 10 mm socket to undo the tensioner, mount the new tensioner and tighten fit the belt as the diagram shows, put your radiator fans back in with the 2x 10mm bolts and your done. As you can see my belts seen better days. (I personally like to use some loctite) ps don't forget to reconnect the fans. safe motoring
