How old is the water pump? Unless its new I would put a new pump on there pretty cheap

You can find the pulley pullers cheap if you are lucky. Good luck

The ps pump puller is only $80.

A carton of beer is $60.

Good luck either way.

Haha my bad.

Just buy a new water pump then.

Still, a puller is on par with beer cost and you get a tool for the collection.

It’s the water pump and it’s only 5k old and I don’t want to pull a pump off. I have the pulley just can’t find the tool ASAP I know I can get one for $76 but I can’t wait 3-10 working days for work reasons. No parts shops I can find in Sydney stock it anymore order only. I just need to get my hands on one for 20 minutes to change over the pulley.

P.S I think you need a 2 or 3 jaw pulley as well.

Got one and it just slips off. The tool in my op is the best for the job that I know.

Whs^

Get creative with a cheap puller.

I pulled my harmonic balancer with the 4 hole type puller, 3 long thin bolts, nuts and washers to grab behind it.

Trust me apart from getting the dermal on it I’ve tried 3 different pullers today and the local Repco/Auto 1 guys are getting sick of seeing me

See vid, I even called my mechanic to borrow his but he can’t find it so he ordered a new one just as a spare but I need to get the beast back in the road, had 2 too many days off already.

Can ya tack weld something to it to pull it off?

How about sawing it off? A cut up either side?

Ang on ang on ang on.

A water pump is 30 to 50 odd bucks but you've had more than one day off work cos you didn't want to buy a new one cos the farked one is fairly new?

Just buy a new pump lol.
