I'm not. Personally I think drag racing cars like these is a waste of time. I'd imagine it puts heaps of excess stress on the car's drivetrain as well.

I'd rather feel the surge of the car when driving out on roads like Putty than trying to record a time in a straight line :blush:

Ok, what REALLY sucks about that is that I had plans for the long weekend so didn't even look at the details of the cruise. Then the plans got canned and I didn't even think about it... :banghead:

The fuel pump used in my upgrade is a direct in-tank replacement for the stock pump.

It is a Walbro pump rated at 550HP, and is very quiet.

For those who don't know where the fuel pump lives, it's under the back seat, as shown in this picture.
