It's a modified ve tuned car and might not take ve changes well. It will lean out a bit. 

 

You might need a touch up and you might not.

A stock tune has heaps of fuel.

 

A tuned car could already be at 12.5:1 up top and might not like being a couple of points leaner.

 

It's a timing/fuel trade off around this area.

delete pipe or more free flowing system may need a tickle up on the tune.

I brought this same question up with my tuna..

Definitely worth giving ya tuna a quick buzz, especially since ya up in the 330+ range.
