Mine do the same. Just fold up a small piece of paper and wedge it in there. The first pods I had melted in the sun and my gauges still fall out of the new ones. I also had to cut and file them a bit to fit and I tek screwed one in to the fascia so the whole pod didn't fall out. My boost gauge reads a bit low as well, not that it really matters.
