Have flashed the car numerous times gone to take off down the road and the aircon wont kick in and this tip given to me by wotkshop has always done the trick. Got in, no air con. Just warm air. this I have experienced with my car (G6ET) when the battery gets a little low I have the intermittent fault of the aircon not working just as you have decribed a disconnect of the positive terminal on the battery for 60 seconds has always worked for me aircon goes after reconnect even though the battery still starts the car, and a multi-meter tells me there is heaps of charge, if the battery is 2 years + the aircon suffers I have just recently (a couple of months ago) changed the battery I bought one with the most cranking amps that would fit in the battery holder car cranks and starts very quickly My opinion is that that the ICC needs high power at start to initiate the aircon as soon as there is a drop in available cranking amps the aircon is out until you do a battery reset can be very frustrating, easier just to buy a good quality high cranking amp battery Edited 07/01/18 03:12 AM by bloodycrashboy

AC wasn't working when I picked my ute up at the end of last year. Luckily I pulled the battery out whilst working on the ute and it's worked since I've refitted it. All this silly electrical nonsense, I miss my BF2 it didn't get these gremlins lol.
