I think the box of assorted fuses I bought from a random servo had a fuse puller in it - maybe worth a look if urgent.

I dont know if it works with a battery reset but a handy tip on fg after flashing car and no aircon is to start car and leave in drive turn ac on and wait for it to kick in. Have flashed the car numerous times gone to take off down the road and the aircon wont kick in and this tip given to me by wotkshop has always done the trick.

the car barely started and threw up a warning (for airbags) on the dash, then started up ok.

Got in, no air con. Just warm air.

this I have experienced with my car (G6ET)

when the battery gets a little low I have the intermittent fault of the aircon not working just as you have decribed

a disconnect of the positive terminal on the battery for 60 seconds has always worked for me

aircon goes after reconnect

even though the battery still starts the car, and a multi-meter tells me there is heaps of charge, if the battery is 2 years + the aircon suffers

I have just recently  (a couple of months ago) changed the battery

I bought one with the most cranking amps that would fit in the battery holder

car cranks and starts very quickly

My opinion is that that the ICC needs high power at start to initiate the aircon

as soon as there is a drop in available cranking amps the aircon is out until you do a battery reset

can be very frustrating, easier just to buy a good quality high cranking amp battery

Funny this thread popped up. AC wasn't working when I picked my ute up at the end of last year. Luckily I pulled the battery out whilst working on the ute and it's worked since I've refitted it.
All this silly electrical nonsense, I miss my BF2 it didn't get these gremlins lol.
