I can still quite easily get mine to step out in the rain even with traction control on. Sometimes the TC catches it quickly and other times it can tack a split second longer.

I have to say it's a hell of alot better than my AU fairmont TC it just use to cut off all power until you regained grip, very scary sometimes.

Yeah Benny, me too...

although, come to think of it, I havn't really had many driving experiences in the rain until the last two weeks...so I guess I am just getting the feel for the car :)

scared the sh!t out of a bloke behind me yesterday in the rain...gave it a bootful, on purpose, and started to drift, was in control and caught it hahaha I love this car :smilielol:

3rd day I had the car, came outta a round about in the rain, gave it a bit,, didnt spin in first but decided to let lose when it hit 2nd, try doing aout 70km an hour less then 30cm from the kerb and trees ona about a 60 degree angle, sliding towards the curb!!

I literrally shight myself!! Got it back under control after about 3-4 changes in direction :) Took the car home, and locked it up for the night!! I WAS SCARED!!!

I had never driven a car with LSD b4 and I didnt expect it!!

Only other down side to that was some spooner saw it and dobbed me into the cops for doin a burn out!!

TC is dodgy, it really upsets the weight distribution in the car and that's what makes it ugly. The problem with the Ford TC is it is inconsistent, therefor you cannot rely on it.

The one benfit for it is that it gets you out of muddy bogs with a smooth applicaton of power and not digging a huge hole.

YEs The the turbo I drive is a multi purpose all terrain vehicle. Aint life grand
