Hey guys how are ya? Hey I bought a new oil feed line kit for my ba xr6t and it came with a oil restrictor type fitting, I am just wondering if this is going to be a problem because I have heard the Garrett B.B. turbos have a built in restrictor.

Does the standard oil feel line have a restrictor built into it? Cause if not I won’t use a restrictor. Thanks guys

Restricting a restrictor with the same diameter isn't going to do anything. Just use what came in the kit.

Ok it came with a restrictor.

so if the turbo is already restricted that means the standard oil feed line is not restricted correct? Cause I don’t want to restric a restrictor does that make sense?

The stock one is restricted as it comes out of the engine block, as well as it transitions to the turbo.
