So I did the fuel filter, air filter and engine oil and filter. Gave the throttle body a clean too. Have tightened all the turbo to manifold bolts. Still behaving weirdly... it only seems to drive really well for the first 10 minutes after leaving work and sluggish all other times. Just don’t get how it could perform so well one minute and not the next...

I know this is old now, but have you checked all the bolts on the turbo housing, more specific the rear housing?

If you got loose bolts there, then there is the possibility of a hair line crack in the housing.

I haven’t specifically looked at this... I’ve just been kind of putting up with how it drives because I’m lazy but I’d love to get to the bottom of it without forking our for a workshop

visit. 

 

Ok, So I’ll have a look at the rear housing of the turbo and tighten up bolts there too.
