I have a 04 ba xr6 turbo currently pushing 430rwkw on 21psi 98 fuel. It is now ready for an e85 tune. Everything is capable of much more power except maybe the clutch....it is a high performance single plate. Don't know exactly what though. It is the best of the best single plate as far as I'm aware but still single none the less. Any idea how much more power I might be able to achieve before running into clutch issues? Deciding whether or not it's worth it. Probly is as I should get less lag, etc anyways

I wish I knew. All I know is it's single plate and it cost previous owner about 3.5k. Just wondering what the limits are on an average high performance single plate. Holding nicely at 430kw

That includes install though

Haha touche' im at the end of my budget. Waiting for my new rims to arrive so I can get traction then off to tms for e85 tune. What ever I get is it. That's where it stays. Hopefully it will hold. I really want 600 odd kw

I'm yet to see sinfle handle much over 450 rwkw, especially when you put on some sticky tyres. The torque just kills them.

Twin or triple plate is the best option...
