Yep - was only when my situation changed and was no longer able to attend that I fell off the wagon.

Hate it when life gets in the way of things :S

Routine is great for removing the decision to get up and do it as it is already planned into your day.

I'm lucky in some regards to be a stay at home parent cos my gym stuff is at home and I happen to be at home 99% of the time.

This could also be why it seems fairly easy to "go to the gym" for me as I only have to walk out to the shed.

I don't have a set time that I "have" to work out so I usually plan my gym time around my meal times for energy and recovery purposes. Speaking of which I'd better get out there and get some cos the caffeine just kicked in lol.

Interestingly, I've found that if I'm running late or am pushed for time to fit in a workout, I'll have no "threshold" to get over.

Also helps to run from my house to the gym (it's only 100m or so) but it gets the blood pumping :spoton:

Same effect if I wake up late for work/appointment etc.

The shock gets the blood pumping and seem to be on a high and focused all day.

What do you think compels people to get into conversations on FB about political issues on pages other than their friends? it seems to be only certain personality types, in my experience. I've got no idea why people bother, as everybody just talks past one another. :idunno:

I agree, that those discussions are fairly "cancerous", but I'm interested to understand what the people's goals are with regard to posting.

just a thing that's been niggling the back of my mind every time I read a thread to find out what everybody is arguing about (I'm a masochist, what can I say haha).
