I can get it for you if you don't mind picking it up from Campbelltown or Nth Ryde.

1Gallon (3.8L) $75 each or $72.50 each if you buy a box of 4

can I buy my next batch from/through you Rednose? I still have 2 gallons left for each of my vehicles (running series 3000 5w30 in my diesel)

How do you find the 3000?

I was telling my brother in law about the Amsoil and he is going to start using it purely for the savings in servicing labour.

He services the truck every 10,000 and by switching to the Amsoil he will only have to service every 20,000. Amsoil state 3X OEM (OEM is 15,000 for his truck) which is 45,000 but we'll dump the oil at 20,000 and have it tested.

If it lasts 30,000 he would have reduced his servicing costs by more than half.

Worth every cent.

3000 is great; the engine feels like it spins much more freely when driving off cold, compared to the Rimula R3X 15w40 I was using for the first 10k.

Amsoil also say 3x OEM "or every 12 months", and said I should get UOA done to prove its ok to use for 12 months. Perhaps I should, but I'm dumping it every 10,000km anyway because its (was) a brand new engine and I'll keep the 4x4 for a long time.
