It was quieter in the valve train at start up but the big test will be tomorrow when I do a dead cold start. What it was doing was start pretty quietly then if you left it idle it would get what sounded like a lifter ticking around cyl 5 or 6 for a minute or so, until it got some temp. After that, quiet.
