Car done over 200 thou k and the head is in really good shape. Hardly any wear on the cams and everything is very clean of a high km car. I use it and change every 5000, does the job well (400rwkw), we always get people saying they want their oil chaned to synthetic at 3000ks but the oil filled from factory aids run in and engine longevity, imo it shouldnt be changed until the first harsh service interval (7500) minimum.
