hey jus nhad my g6e turbo tuned few weeks ago. it got xforce 4 inch cat back.100 cell cat venom, plazma man stg 3piping kit, batt relocate.4inch plazmaman cold intake ,60pd injectors  step intercooler not sure who by but fairly big, standard dump ngauge tuner  it made 343rwkw and 900nm, @18psi  is this gonna be safe? do I not need bigger fuel pump ?and since I got car car back when in neutral or park cold start idles likes its misssing or got big cam once warm same but not so bad, even once warm and driven for half hour at lights in gear idles fine but in p or neutral idles up n down? is this normal cos they said yeah its the injectorsd so they adjusted fuel trim and said its good but doesnt feel good? boost comnes on and spikes  and lots of flutter between gear changes. any thoughts?

Sounds like its going back to the tuner, I think he may have missed a few things Where are you at? Perhaps if they can't /won't fix it somebody could recomend someone else to fix it. Irrespective of what injectors they used they should be able to get it to idle & run properly (maybe not perfectly but at least properly) At that power level it should have a bigger pump to be safe. As far as 'safe' if its tuned properly it should be "safe".

there's no way it's ACTUALLY making 343rwkw on a standard G6ET turbo with a 98 tune, just sayin'.

 

also, that 18psi won't hold to the red-line.

What gets me is that there is enough information on the internet for the average person to set up some injectors with very little prior knowledge. Most of the basic info is found on the ID and Innovate websites and there is plenty more out there.

 

How cars are let go from a workshop in this condition is just shameful.
