I obviously need to replace it (I guess with a silicon connector) but I cant find the sizing anywhere. I'm guessing its 4 inch on the housing down to 3.5 inch on the pipe (all stock piping on a BA). Your knowledge will save me having to pull it all apart to check and may help fellow tuboists in the future Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/93397-ba-compressor-connector-size/ Share on other sites

I am however, looking for the inlet size Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/93397-ba-compressor-connector-size/#findComment-1642911 Share on other sites

It might be bigger on that flex pipe between the airbox and the crossover... it's very easy to unclip it and measure it yourself, though, to be sure. Thanks The compressor inlet is definitely bigger than the pipe as the current connector changes size (steps up) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/93397-ba-compressor-connector-size/#findComment-1642914 Share on other sites

That "s-shaped" pipe fits inside two silicone joiner pieces which are obviously slightly larger than the pipe itself. The "flex-pipe" between the crossover pipe and the airbox is the one you'll need to measure as I'm not 100% sure of the size there.
