They only did it because my setup required more fuel pressure and the standard pump couldn't keep up and I hadn't planned on doing a surge tank and pump yet etc. as I said they replaced it with better quality gates submersible hose and I can say from driving it round it must have been perished or split from not long after I got it back and just kept deteriorating.
