BF F6 Typhoon Mods

Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice. At the moment I've got a standard unmodified BF F6 Typhoon. It's got 140000 on the clock.

I'm looking to start doing some mods to it. I'm not really into burnouts so want the power to be useable and not dry the rear tyres. Love that pushed back in the seat feeling.

I'm just looking to see what direction to go in as I've been told that once the car's putting out 270rwkw if I was to put much more into it it wouldn't really be noticeable, is that the case ?

Also looking for advice if the best places to take it to in WA.

I was thinking either West Racing or BPT Motorsport. Has anybody used any of these places and what did you reckon of them ?

Also any advice on what mods to get done would be awesome ??

Cheers guys

For a bit more bang, injectors, fuel pump and a tune. That should make you smile for a while. 11-12psi.

B series are fortunate enough to have the bigger turbo but unfortunate enough to have that crappy intake manifold (flows actually ok just looks s&%t house).

TLDR for my thread
Injectors (1000cc), Reg (KPM do a high flow), Pump (walbro 460), Intercooler (take your pic of the 1000 on the market these days but HDI is fairly good value for money), Turboside (for the hektik dose), Exhaust (3.5 inch min), a tune and probably valve springs will give you some awesome power on 98 and 400+ on e85. Get a tranny cooler if ZF or new clutch if manual and enjoy
no point doing it in stages as stages is purely a marketing term.

Monsta torque or XFT seem to have excellent reps

yeah it really isn't noticeable, turbo falcons are slow as! especially when you put 15psi of boost into one. ugh. so slow.

Make sure to tell the tuner this as the beauty of a custom tune is they should be able to make it drive the way you want it to.

Some good tuners have been recommended. I would steer clear of having them do work to your car that an ordinary mechanic can do unless you like paying lots of money. Stick with them for tuning and performance mods.

Ring them both in the morning sometime.
