cat, injectors, fuel pump all tuned on E85 will get you to 300rwkw (probably around $2-3k spend) and you can get a high 11, low 12 depending on how much boost.

that's true, but it'll probably end up costing you more for a consistent 300rwkw with 98 as you need to think of intercooler/piping as the small turbo is out of it's efficiency range to make over 300rwkw consistently on 98.

I went and saw a reputable tuner and he said just with piping, injectors, xcal4, dyno tune with the dsg tune should net around ~300rwkw. This was for a FG MKII. I asked about changing the cat and he said it'll flow just fine for 300rwkw.

stock cat is the most restrictive part of the setup, especially on an FG mkII, so you generally need to replace it as you get above 280rwkw.

DSG tune? there's no dual clutch gearbox in a Falcon haha

Full exhaust, 60lbs injectors, intercooler and the 98 tune got me 325rwkw. I think it was around 3g but I had other stuff done too.

MkII just has a ring in the cat that can be knocked out - will be fine, no need for hi-flow cat
