Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this one in but figured it could be moved if need be?

Looking for someone in Sydney to fix up my drivers seat... whoever owned the car before me crushed the padding in the right hand side to buggery and back and can feel the plastic through the leather. Anyone have any suggestions?

Prefer local to Ryde, but always willing to travel.

Cheers :)

It's amazing what the world wide web can bring you when you let your fingers do the typing.

A quick "GOOGLE" search of car seat reupholstering in sydney ...............CLICK HERE

There are guys selling the foams for the GTP seats (the best Ford factory seats) which can be trimmed and maintain the side airbag function. Sometimes can be cost effective compared to repairing older seats. I did this in my xr6t using the existing bases - maintains all the electric controls etc.

Try leatherfx on facebook. Whatever you do - stay away from proseat.

Let us know how you get on. My seats are all good except for "that part". Mind you I've done 240,000...

I'm dyslexic and cannot turn off simple functions in tapatalk
