Hi all,

If anyone is looking for a new car for the wife, have a look at the new Mazda 3. Very nice little car.

We are looking at one as my wife doesn't (thankfully) like driving the XR.

The little Mazda has some features that I wish were in the XR, things like Climate Air. And as we have a seven month old son, three mounting points for the car seat, not just one in the middle, which is a real pain.

Here in NZ the guy I am dealing with has sold 15 in one week, and they were only lauched a week ago. They have almost sold all the stock until the next shipment at the end of April...

The Mazda 3 isnt bad for a small car and its hard to beat mazda build quality.

The BA does have 3 mounting points across the back shelf; there should be a plastic plug on each side hiding the other mounting points, its only the middle point that comes with the anchor hook.

....my dragon has the Mazda6 Luxury Sports as her ride and mate I am impressed. Everything in it including leather and C/C air. Good pre-sales and after sales service! The parent company could learn one or two things about this.

Yeh the Mazda's are nice cars. My wife also has the Mazda 6 Luxury Sports, and it is a fantastic car. A friend of ours has just bought the new SP23 and I tell you what, very nice and doesn't go too bad either. I am thinking seriously about looking at the RX8 for my next car. Depending on what Ford does in the next 2 years.

Mums friend got a black 323 protege shades (as a runout)

Even though it is last model it is impressive! the inside is finished off so well and the dash etc. it so professionally done. Very nice cars.

Mum and dad are looking at a toyota rav 4 cruiser for mum. Very nice also

My wife has a Black my03 rex ... it just had to be turbo & AWD.

Pretty quick around the car park, not too small and not too big.

Nice looking car too.

There's apparently a lot of people out there that believe the Mazda 6 is a six cylinder car.

A V6 in a Mazda 6... now I'd like to see that...
