Like arronm said, it's usually connected from the top of the BOV to the brass multi-tee-piece that's on the end of the inlet manifold closest to the firewall. If you have no BOV, you can just use the original vacuum source directly from the original and you don't need a tee-piece at all, only a straight joiner piece instead. The likely original vacuum hose is the one in your pic that is wrapped in a cable tie.
