Not by the colour alone, no. Pull one out and wire up the voltage required to run it and test it via this method (or take it to somebody who can do this sort of test) ->

you just quoted all of that and still didn't understand that I never said "most stock injectors are drilled"?

 

all I said was that there might not be a part number and that the injectors could be modified in any way without you knowing about it.

 

blue injectors are not limited to only stock injectors so they could be a completely different make/model.

 

The only way to be sure of their CC rating is to run a flow test, hence the suggestion.
