I've finally done something about the standard 17's that came on my 09 ute.

Ordered Versus Raceforge 2 in 18x9 +20 front and 18x10 +20 rear

Have bought Yokohama V105 285.35 rears (damn they look wide) and 245.40 front.

Hope they clear well, Versus recommended those offsets as good for the utes.

Hope they arrive Monday for fitting.

Hey guys, question for all you tyre gurus out there. Time for new tyres on my FG F6, which of the following combos should I go for:

F 245/30/R20

R 275/30/R20

or

F 245/35/R20

R 285/30/R20

All using Nitto Invos. Problem I'm having is first combo doesn't meet load rating for front as its 90W and second combo I think is more than the 15mm limit. Any help would be appreciated immensely! Cheers.

Okay so after reading much of this thread, I'm still a touch lost...

Originally I was going to go with 20's but my last set just provided a horrible drive so I want to stick to 19's, my current ute has the factory 19's and they don't look all that bad.

The common thing seems to be 19x8.5 +30 on the front and 19x9.5 +35 seems to be the ticket to get the wheels to fill the guards out, but still have some tuck (and that's what I'm aiming for). With the rears, I can get either +35 or +40 and want either a 275 or a 285, what would be my best option? And as for the fronts, +30 in the style I want doesn't seem to exsist, it's either +33 or nothing. Will that still work with what I'm aiming for, or best to maybe look at other sets with +30 offset?

Any wheel guru's able to tell me following will fit on a Fg sedan

F 18x9 +35 offset
R 18x10 +23 offset

will the fronts rub on the inner arm?

if the rears guards need to be pumped im not too worried

looking at getting some track wheels

Fronts will be fine, sorry just seen it was 9inch front.. Mite need +30 to miss the arm.

Rear guard mite need rolling maybe.

Is it lowered? If not zero issues at all

Ok guys, I'm looking to fit a set of 19x9.5s all round to my FG MkII XR6T. The car is on stock suspension and the guards aren't rolled. I would like to fit 245/40/19 fronts and 275/35/19 rears rather than 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. The wheels I am looking at have customisable offset.

So my question is - what offset will I need so there is no rubbing? +30 front and +40 rear?

Thanks in advance.
