How is this to drive around town with speed humps etc. looks awesome but if it's mildly hard to drive around the misses would be up me for lowering it

I wouldn't recommend anybody daily's a car setup like that lol

yep that's cars for ya! hahaha

Just plastidip the whole car and get the tune...then you can have the best of both world's (bet the 8 sounds killer)

Whack some SL springs in the rear of the FG and be done with it. If the mrs is driving it 90% of the time, no point putting mod money into her car ;) LOL

lol....yeah I think I read SL rears with stock fronts gets rid of the forward rake....and then SSL would give rear end bias (but don't quote me here!!!!).

and yeah v8 sound good all the time, bit over the top sometimes, but you need the boost so it doesn't feel slow :P

yep....plastidip is kinda cheap and seen plenty of dunnydores with weird matt colours, etc.

Ok that's enough from me....I better stop flooding this thread with random off topic crap hahaha :ok:

Hey guys, I was thinking of running some SSR SP1's on my FG XR6T (Ex HWY).

Question is, I'm unsure of what size wheel + offset to get to fit flush and not run alot of camber (dad hates it haha).
What size would be best and what offset (to clear brembo's aswell)?
Will guard rolling be necessary?

Other wheels I'm considering are:

Hopefully that not too much to ask, will appreciate all the advice guys!

Thanks
