You can work it out. I think it goes like this....

XR50 rim is 8"(203.2mm)

So, 203.2mm / 2 =101.6mm + 35(I assume +35 is the stock offset?) = 136.6mm back space and, therefore 66mm front space.

Then you add your 33mm spacer for 99mm front space.

A 9.5" rim is 241.3mm.

241.3 / 2 = 120.65mm + 35 = 145.65mm back space. Therefore 95.65mm front space.

So you'll have 3.35mm more clearance.

I have a question. if the xr50 fg 19's scrubbed on the rear of my ute with a 33mm spacer... what are the chances of a 9.5 inch wide rota with +35 offset fitting on the rear?

9.5 wide means the wheel is 3/4 inch wider each side (19mm). so with a +35 the outside will poke 19mm more than standard and be 19mm further in than standard.

So the outside would be the same as putting standard wheel with a 16mm offset which is 14mm less than what you're currently running.

So yes should fit no worries with a ute, could need a guard roll depending on how low you go

Does that make sense?

Yes that make sense thanks mate. Yeh it's pretty low that's why it scrubbed with spacers but if the rotas sit in 14mm more it should be no worries.

Sorry I missed out 10mm in the formula, it should go more like this..

241.3 / 2 = 120.65mm + 35 = 155.65mm back space. Therefore 85.65mm front space.

So you'll have 13.35mm more clearance which is likely plenty.

This is pretty handy and helps to understand how it works...
