I somehow ended up with 1 degree neg on my left rear and 0 on right rear (don't ask me how that happened) and it makes a huge difference in trying to fit big wheels and tyres in. As for your roadworthy question, in vic you can go a maximum of 1 inch wider than standard, so anything wider than 9 inch is illegal. whether or not it would pass a roadworthy is a different matter though. your rears will poke out about 12mm more than mine with that offset, and remember that my guards are rolled, so it would be pretty extreme.
