@PookeyMaster; maybe late notice, but...

 

Just make measurements between the LCA/UCA connection metal-piece (can't think of it's name; suspension upright or whatever) and the inside of the rim on the front. That'll tell you how much room you have to play with. Then use willtheyfit.com to confirm how much inner room you'll need with a 9inch+40 on the front... my guess is it will foul on the upright, but I don't know the inner gap to be sure.

 

For the rear, if you're sure your gap is 40mm on the rear, then it will be fine with 33.9mm closer for sure; again best to measure.

 

Even at stock height with stock bump stops you might need to roll the guards with wider tyres on 20's as they may not clear the lip on the stock guards.

I’m looking at getting these 20inch rims and unsure what diameter and offset to select for front and rear, also what size tires would best fit? I currently have stock suspension but will look into going SSL or SSSL later on and don’t want to roll the guards. Any help would be appreciated.

20x10 +40 offset works very well on the rear of FG's without needing guard rolling.

Fronts are much more difficult to fit 20x9's but they can be fitted and will more than likely require guard rolling. If you want to avoid guard rolling you'd be more looking at 20x8.5 or 20x8, but you don't have that choice with those specific wheels.

 

Measure the gap between suspension items and guard lips and the current rims you have and use willtheyfit.com to get the "custom offset" sorted.

These are pretty common, Lenso D1R 20x8.5
+35 and 20x10 +42. Bilstein shocks, King SSSL
front and King 68SP4 rear. The rears are meant to be 10mm lower than SSSL, I changed to them to remove some forward rake due to the tyre profiles (245/30 and 275/30) but there's still some rake. There's good clearance to the guards, the rear control blades and the front spindles. Nice straight forward fit. Cheers

Input on Selection plz. Mostly if anyone can confirm or comment on front fitment with 265's and if they will scrub.

There's so much information on here, I've now learnt how to read wheel & tyre sizes.

FG Ute, Custom trayback will be made to fit the rears.

Will run at a reasonable height and not all tilty wheeled.

265/35/r19 ??

Anyone have input on this spec or how it fits???

My stock 19"s with 245/40/r19 have 10mm tyre clearance to the inner strut and this new combo should leave about 8mm inner tyre clearance.

 

19" x 11" +35 rear

325/30/r19 Michilin PS4S. May fit a 305wide for cheaper tyre selections.

Limited by internal Brake line clearance, already tweaked the caliper hardline & chassie bracket for extra room. Has 45mm clearance to 245 tyre on stock 19"s.
