Does anyone know if the off-the-shelf offsets for Weld RT-S S71B rims, suit BF/FG, or they need customising.

(I believe those pictured are 20x8 fronts and 17x10 rears).  Have asked the owner (Nemz), but he doesn't know the offsets, or is keeping details a closely guarded secret.

TIA

G'day Gents, not wanting to hi-jack the thread but hoping for a little advice. I've looked on the forums and found it hard to get a definitive answer.

I'm purchasing a set of rims of a guy who races FGs; I drive a BA F6. At this point in time I'm running standard wheel alignment/camber and am happy to roll the guards, but nothing crazy. Will a set of 18x9s front and 18x10s rear with +20 offset fit without rubbing on a circuit? They look like they will stick out about 15mm outside the guards (~30mm over standard 8' wheels).

The other alternative is a set of 4 18x9s with +30 offset, which will obviously fit a lot closer in, but I've been told I'll have to run a 5mm spacer at the front, which then only brings it in 5mm (so still sticking outside the guard I reckon).

What is the ideal offset, front and rear for falcons running wider rims for the circuit?

Cheers.

Hi guys,

Any idea on whether 17x9 +38 rims will have any fitment issues on an FG? (as an alternative to stock 17x8)

Standard height and brakes

The idea is to run 275 40 17 ET streets on them.
