I've been told by 2 places that to fix 2-2.5 degrees negative camber I'll need a camber kit, more than just some shims. I'm hearing different things everywhere and just wanna get this sorted, anyone know a really good tyre place in perth?

Yep and a camber kit consists of shims and new upper pivots with longer bolts.

Malaga Springs and Suspension did mine...it's superb!

I can't tell you whether or not shims would fix it or you need a camber kit, but I have 3sl front springs with about 335mm htg so camber would have been a bit, I completely filled the bolts with shim and running about -0.7 now which is fine for even tyre wear. I think you should be bale to get it back to -1 with just shims

The reason no-one agrees from tyre shops is because it really is suck it and see. Variations in vehicles means some cars will be ok and others won't. Mine was ok with shims and it's 67mm lower than a stock GS ute.

Yes 20x10 +40 fits easy without guard following with King SSL springs. I think it depends on what size tyre you run. Mines have 275/30 on the back and they are stretched. Anything more and they would rub under load.

Thanks guys but I think you mis-read my post. I was seeing if a 10.5" rim would work with some guard rolling? I don't mind stretching tyres and I do have adjustable coilovers.
