OK. I just thought that because 255 fit on stock 8.5 inch wheels that they'd be too small on 10 inch wheels.

Well technically they are a little on the small side but some people like that size on that width. 255 is approx 10" so in theory it shouldn't be too stretched on a 10.5" rim.

yeh went 255 as a trail fit, just to be sure they would make it under the guards, didn want to get my rims then wait for tyres to turn up,

bit of flaring and 295's will go on

jet; check out xyz coilovers from performance sus, good value, am thinking of going this path myself

sh*t it's looks so high there. Much happier with my 305s although my diff bushes aren't

What are the specs on these wheels mate, both front and rear? Are they invo 305's?

I wish I didn't go so low so I could have more aggressive wheels

Guys that are running a 255/30 r20 up front what do you guys do about the load rating??? Can only find tyres with a 92y. Thought fg falcon needed 93y

Hey Guys, ok, I think I have finally decided on a set of wheels. TSW interlagos for the G6ET. Plenty of performance cred but more classic styling to suit the G6ET. I am hoping that Jimmixr will provide some wisdom with regards to guard clearance as I will be getting the same offsets 20x8.5, ET+20 with 255/30 Invos and 20x10, ET+40 with 285/30 Invos. Will I have to roll guards at both ends? What springs are in each end? Opinions on my selection welcome too. Thanksalloy-wheels-rims-tsw-5-lugs-interlagos-

Hey guys whats your thoughts on the following

19x9.5 +30 with 245/40

19x9.5 +35 with 275/35

Just not sure how the front will look with some stretch but with the rear having none? Cars pretty low and not much camber so not sure how much lower in offset I can go at the front and dont want to stick out any further than the rear

^^ my rims sit exactly the same out from the guard front to back with the same width and offset, so if you want them the same keep distance from the guard, keep the same offsets +30 ;)

I'm not running less than +35 on the rear as I want to go minimum 275/35 and at my height any lower won't work.

More or less worried about whether the stretch at the front might look stupid compared to no stretch in the rear

245 isn't too stretched, will that clear the inside though?

Nah not that stretched but will be more stretched than the rear.

Yea they'll clear inside. I ran 20x8.5+42 with 225/35 and so a 19x9.5+30 is the same. I'll probably run a lower offset than this but this is pretty safe in terms of how close to the guard it is
