Ok there a 42 offset 8.5". What can be done to make them look decent?

Should sit the same as factory +36 8" wide wheel in terms out outer rim face. Will have about 12mm less inner clearance.

tried to have a brief look through the forum but 53 pages of this stuff makes it hard and pretty confusing

Will this be ok?

TSW Mallory in 20s 8.5 +40 front and rear running a 245/35/20 all round

I know +35 is more ideal but from what ive gathered from TSW they do a +40 or a + 20 (x10 not 8.5).

Ive had a dealer say that it should be fine althought 'not ideal'

TSW said it would be absolutely fine without a doubt

Car is stock G6eT suspension although do want to lower it if possible in the future.

Thanks

Here is my fourth set of wheels pursuing offset for the FG!

The fronts are 8.5 inch +20 and the rears are 10 inch +40. Tyres are Invo 255 and 305s though I will need to roll the rear guards. Finally I am happy with the exterior and wheels.

Cheers

Geoff

Here are tsw, specs listed and at std height no guard work will be needed. Can go lower but more than ssl and rear guard work may be needed.

8.5 +40 will look like std offset wheels

Fark those wheels look good. If +40 with 20x10s only just need the guards rolled on the rear then 8.5s will be fine.

However he has +20s on the front, anyone confirm that +40s front and back will be fine?

Sorry for probably a repeated post. I will source the forum a bit more now...
