Quick question. Found some cheap vertini fashions that were once on an fg but there only 8 or 8 5'' wide all round. Are these going to look like poo on an fg as most u guys run 10" rears from wat I can tell

5/114.3??? Is this offset or stud pattern. Could I space them to a respectable offset? They only have 225 on them so does tgat mean they would be 8"

Stud pattern, correct one.

You would have to look at the wheels, they should have the width and offset written on them somewhere.

225 would not look very flash...

Here is my fourth set of wheels pursuing offset for the FG!

The fronts are 8.5 inch +20 and the rears are 10 inch +40. Tyres are Invo 255 and 305s though I will need to roll the rear guards. Finally I am happy with the exterior and wheels.

Cheers

ok lads...

It's Trivia time! lets begin..

So I'm looking to do some wheels for the ute, I want to make the most out of the FG wide guards rear/ front.

these are the rims ill be ordering once I have figured out the correct size/ offset/ fitment. (no one steal my rims.. lol)

My dream is run the following (I am no rim wizard) so correct me as I go. 12inch rear with 325 wide tyres, I might need to pump/roll the guards... and (what size rim with stretch) will fit a 265 wide tyre? e.g 9/9.5inch?

what offset/ size/ ratio etc should I be looking at?

any info will be appreciated

Cheers

Dom

Jase ran a 10" -40 with rolled guards, what's that work out to in 12"? Another mate has 10.5" +35 with 325 and unrolled guards.

That's rears.

9.5-10"+20 fronts :)

Won't look that bad if offsets are right. People on here run 10's because it helps to run a wider tyre to get more grip. But if your car is that in your dp then keep the wheels on it over the fashions

If 12" would be -15 wouldn't it?
