I've heard people have rubbing issues with +42 so 3mm more is really going to be pushing itYes, it will be very close. Test fitted the front on the rear which has the same outer poke and had 30mm on the inside at hub height. So will have 4mm clearance but I think the tyre may rub. Like the measured height from the ground to the guard lip or centre of the wheel to guard lip? Something like that.
