Thanks to this thread and forums I got some new wheels for my G6ET.

From Taleb I got Niche Apex B

Rear: 20x10 with Nitto Invos 275/30R20

Front: 20x8.5 with Nitto Invo 245/35R20

Very happy with look and grip. Massive improvement on my previous tyres.

Nelsonian I am running 17x9 + 22 offset all round on my fg stock height as circuit wheels. No issues at all got 275 nt05 semi slicks on back only touch the guard on very hard corners... from body roll. .. still got standard suspension. They stickout real nice ;)

So if yours is lowered and going to be wider and bigger in diameter than mine I reckon on corners will touch. Just to be more specificy tyres 275/40/17 Mabe if you get low profile might help or stiff suspension

I have a question regarding 18" X 9.5" rears with +15 offset. This should fit on my lowered FG sedan as the rear guards have already been rolled, but my question is a 20mm difference in stock offset too much? (Currently I have 18 X 9.5 =35 with 285 tyres) My question is not whether or not it will fit but this: Will this offset place too much stress on my rear bearings as these will be my circuit rears with 265 full slicks? Wheels are Ekei RPF01's. __________________

Yes it will cause your bearings to wear out faster. I don't think it unsafe though. Just another consumable at the track. Like rotors, pads etc, etc.

It's not unknown for guys run big spacers to give a wider track.

Given that offset you would still have near on stock clearance from the trailing arm to the rim/tyre ?

another good job from Ali I see. Got mine from him also. although thanks to panda eyes I have now chucked some 25mm spacers up front to give the fronts more poke...suits the 10.5 super concave rears nicely :) will post pics when I get some good ones

nup- too wide, im going 15mm now. prob is I gotta put long hi tensile wheel studs in to cater for the slip on type, not bolt on like yours. that adds another hundred or so to the price too.

any spacers in australia are 300+ a set, so 90 for a pair delivered is pretty good imo.
